Technical Services are the core of our business.

KCS was originally founded in 1982, under the DBA of KenTech Computer Services, to fill (what was then) a gap in technical support services to end users.  In those days, your support options were limited to either the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or the OEM.  Better put, your only avenue of support was the OEM.  Take it or leave it, the OEM was your only hope and they often dictated what support you should have., rather than providing what you require.

In addition, the technical support available was (and some cases still is) limited to isolated areas of the clients' IT technologies.  This gave birth to the IT blame game.  The printer repairmen would blame the Server or Network provider., who would blame the software provider., who would blame the printer repairman.  This often lead to documented cases where nothing would get fixed.  And then came KCS...  It may be someone else's fault, but KCS doesn't have to rely on them to fix it.  And in those cases when KCS requires the involvement of other players to achieve the desired results, KCS assumes the role of IT manager for its client and gets the job done.

KCS clients would most likely describe KCS as their 'One Call' solution to their computing needs.  And KCS wouldn't have it any other way.
