PrivaComm
gives organizations the ability to communicate securely via the
Internet. Users securely send/receive instant messages, email and
files.
The PrivaComm project was launched, in late 2001, to design and develop a secure Internet communication suite for use by organizations and companies. With PrivaComm, companies are able to communicate amongst its members within a private 'self' maintained communications network. Whereby, the communications (Instant Messaging, eMail & File Transfers) are conducted without the use of public systems and servers. In addition, all transmissions are sent Encrypted for transmission only (EFTO). This prevents the disclosure of the data packets in route to their destination (another PrivaComm user).
