The Pegasus System can be installed on an existing Network or
Stand-alone. When Networked, multible Workstations/PCs share a common Pegasus
Database located anywhere on the Network.
Minimum System Requirements
- Stand-Alone (single-user)
- An IBM-Compatible Pentium computer
(Pentium 200Mhz processor or higher suggested).
- 16 Mb RAM (32 MB suggested).
- 1 GB of hard disk space to accomodate existing database requirements and provide for
growth.
- 15" SVGA Monitor.
- SVGA 800x600 1Mb Video Adapter.
- Mouse (pointing device).
- V90 Modem
- Windows95 (or later version).
Workstations (multi-user network)
- Requirements listed for Single-User (above).
- 10/100 Network Interface Card
- Server (multi-user network)
- The Server should have ample computing resources to support the
number of users on the Network. For small workgroups of 5 or less, low-cost
peer-to-peer networking can be employed to network Pegasus.
- An IBM-Compatible Pentium-II computer
(Pentium-II 300Mhz processor or higher suggested).
- 32 Mb RAM (64-128 MB suggested).
- 1 GB of hard disk space to accomodate existing database requirements and provide for
growth.
- 15" SVGA Monitor.
- SVGA 800x600 1Mb Video Adapter.
- Mouse (pointing device).
- Windows 95 (or later version)
(Windows NT is highly recommended).
- 10/100 Network Interface Card
- Multi-Port hub to accomodate users.
- Site Evaluation
- KCS is on-hand to provide Pegasus Integration Site Evaluations. This will
determine your exact requirements and any network infrastructure modifactions needed to
properly Integrate Pegasus.
