 The
Functions Drop-Down Menu contains several Special Functions and/or proceedures available
for use with the DBMS.
- Accounting {screen sample}
- Displays the Accounting Bridge and Settings Form.

- ILS Update {screen sample}
- Displays the ILS Dialog Form, that, enables the user to generate an ILS Update file.
This file, when sent to ILS (Inventory Locator Service), will update the user's ILS
Inventory.

- Serial # Search {screen sample}
- Displays the Serial # Search Dialog, which, allows the operator to search for and locate
Sold Parts by their Serial #.

- Supervisor Access
- Enables the 'Maint' Drop-Down Menu for Supervisor Access to various Maintenance
Features.

- Maintenance Access
- This Function is used primarily by KCS personnel.
