provides prompt onsite service to its clients. That is to say, that
KCS only supports its clients and does not spend its time running all over
the county trying to please everyone else for every little thing.
Early on, KCS discovered that it's better for the client and KCS to limit its support services to a select few. This allows KCS to focus on the support needs of its clients and thereby minimize the inherent distractions associated with trying to support the general public. Furthermore, KCS makes every attempt to limit its support services to the Aerospace Spare Parts Industry. This enables KCS to uniformly provide specialized support as it relates to that industry. By doing so, both KCS and its clients are better served.
